| How do I place an order? |
To place an order on line, click on the item To place an order on line, find the item youd like to add in the Shop Section. Click add to cart below the item youd like to add. You can change quantities and manage your cart by clicking on My Account : View My Cart. To place an order by phone, please call: 212-594-6006 and ask for web sales. |
| How will I know my order was accepted? |
| You should receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours of placing your order (time may vary depending on technical cooperation). If there are any changes to expected ship dates, you will be notified with in 1-2 business days. |
| When can I expect my order? |
Assuming your order is in stock upon the date of receipt, it will ship with in 1-2 business days via UPS Ground. UPS Ground takes 3-5 business days. Therefore, you can expect your goods 4-7 business days from day of placing order. If items on your order are not available a pre-order date will appear in your shopping cart. Please note pre-order dates are subject to change. |
| How do I pay? |
| We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. |
| When will my card be charged? |
| Items will be charged to your card when they ship. If an item is back ordered, it will not be charged to your card until shipment. Shipping will be pro-rated and charged. |
| Will I be charged sales tax? |
| The federal government requires that we charge sales tax wherever we maintain a physical presence. Since we are only located in New York, only orders shipping to New York will be charged sales tax. |

| We offer our entire current catalogue on line as well as some specialty items such as vintage or sales items. To see our full line in person, please see our complete store listing under retailers or come to our showroom in New York, located at 245 W. 29th Street; 1501. Appointments are by reservation only. To make an appointment, please call 212-594-6006. |
| How does being hand block printed affect your product? |
| Because all product is handcrafted, there may be slight variations in color, texture and finish. We do not consider these variances to be flaws, but rather an indication of our products uniqueness. |

| How long will my order take to ship? |
| UPS Ground takes 4-7 business days. |
| What if I need product faster than 4-7 business days? |

UPS Express orders will go out via UPS 2 Day Air. Overnight shipping charges will be given upon request by customerservice@johnrobshaw.com. |

| How will I know if an item is on back order? |
| You should know immediately, when you select an item. However, if an item you have selected appears as available on the web and is, in fact, on back order, you will be notified with in 1-2 business days of the change. |
| When will my back order item ship? |
| Back order items will ship when items are made available. If expected delivery date varies from the one you received upon selecting item, you will be notified via e-mail. |
| What does back order mean? |
| Your requested item is not currently available, however, we are expecting it soon. An expected delivery date should appear when you select the item, however, if you have any questions, please contact us at: 212-594-6006 or via e-mail at orders@johnrobshaw.com. |

What is your return policy?
Retail Customers
Returns are accepted within 15 days of order date for store credit or exchange only. No refunds. Please email customerservice@johnrobshaw.com for web sales return form. All returns require a Return Authorization number (RA) from John Robshaw Textiles-contact customerservice@johnrobshaw.com. Attach a copy of your invoice to the return form and enclose with merchandise in its original condition and packaging.
Please allow 10 business days for returns processing. John Robshaw Textiles will replace manufacturer defects for up to 90 days. We do not accept COD shipments and shipping charges are non-refundable.
Merchandise purchased on our website may not be returned to any other location. Any products purchased at a retail store must be returned to the location where original transaction occurred.
| What is an RA? |
|
An RA is a Return Authorization issued by Customer Service. All returns must include an RA number, order invoice and merchandise in its original condition and packaging. |

Wholesale Customers Claims must be submitted to Customer Service within ten days of delivery date. Contact us at 212.594.6006 or e-mail customerservice@johnrobshaw.com to receive an RA. All merchandise must be in its original packaging. Your card will be refunded within five business days upon confirmation of receipt from our distribution center. We do not ship COD and shipping charges are non-refundable. John Robshaw Textiles will replace manufacturer defects for up to 90 days. |
Are there any return fees?
Returns may be subject to a 20% handling fee. Unauthorized returns will be charged 20% handling fee and cost of freight. |
