| Does John Robshaw Textiles extend exclusivity to stores in an area? |
We primarily sell to small boutiques through out the country. The product lines that we offer in our seasons are typically much more vast than could be fully represented by one store in a given area. Therefore, we do not sell to stores with the promise of exclusivity unless requested by the customer, at which time an assessment is made.
Assessing a customer’s request for exclusivity is based on loyalty and investment. Only stores that have both carried our line consistently for over two years and sell more than $10,000 annually receive the right to exclusivity in their zip code or within a reasonable radius of their store(s).

| How do I get Net 30 terms? |
We require credit cards to ship all orders. If you would like to be considered for terms, we ask that you send us your credit references; including bank information and trade references for us to review your account. Call your sales rep for more information on where to send credit references.
However, because we are a small company without much staff to do collections, we only offer Net 30 terms to stores we have established a relationship with. Therefore, we are unable to consider stores for terms unless they have both worked with us for more than a year and ordered at least 12 times in that time period.
Please note that customers are subject to a 1.5% per month late fee for late payments.
