Our Trade Program is open to interior designers, architects, and qualified design professionals working on residential or commercial projects using our products.
To apply, you’ll need to submit one of the following:
- Proof of membership in a recognized design organization (e.g., ASID, IIDA, AIA)
- A valid design certification (e.g., NCIDQ, CCIDC)
- A company website or Instagram showcasing your design work

Your Trade discount applies to most items, but excludes Fabric, Wallpaper, and Final Sale pieces. It can’t be combined with other promotions—but we always aim to offer Trade members the best pricing available.
You will receive an order and shipping confirmation via email. Your shipping confirmation will include tracking information for the products indicated as shipped. You may also track the status of your order here.

We’re required to collect sales tax based on the shipping address and local tax laws. If you're purchasing for resale and have a valid resale certificate, you can request tax exemption. All documentation is subject to review and approval in line with state and federal regulations.
Yes. Trade members receive complimentary swatches for bedding, wallpaper and fabrics.
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for a refund or merchandise credit, excluding shipping and handling fees. After 30 days, returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or arrives damaged.
